After a four-goal performance in the University of Wisconsin Superior's two-game series sweep over Northland College last weekend, senior
Hailey Adair (Brooklyn Park, Minn./Champlin Park H.S.) earned her second Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Women's Hockey Athlete of the Week selection this season on Tuesday.
In Friday night's 5-1 win over the LumberJills, Adair scored two goals, including the eventual game-winner and helped push the Yellowjackets' lead from 2-1 to 3-1 after Northland broke the shutout in the second period with a powerplay score. She also had a team-high eight shots on goal. On Saturday, the Yellowjackets scored eight goals in a shutout victory over the 'Jills. Adair had a pair of scores in the second period for the second consecutive night while also adding an assist on the day. She totaled 15 shots on goal for the week.

UW-Superior (9-13-0) will remain on the road tonight on a trip to Northfield, Minnesota to take on St. Olaf College. The puck will drop between the Yellowjackets and Oles at 7:30 p.m.
