MORRIS, Minn. – Minnesota Morris exploded for a 28-point fourth quarter, getting by the UW-Superior women's basketball team in the UMAC quarterfinals at Jim Gremmels Court Thursday.
The Yellowjackets carried a seven-point 52-45 advantage on the road against the fourth-seeded Cougars into the fourth quarter, but UMM missed just eight field-goal attempts in the final 10 minutes, shooting nearly 58 percent, to overcome the deficit.
