ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
UW-Superior and Yellowjacket Athletics take immense pride in the academic success of our student-athletes. To aid in their success, the athletics department has academic eligibility requirements of its student-athletes. Additional policies may be established by the governing conference or sport.

NAME, IMAGE, LIKENESS (NIL) POLICY
In conjunction with NCAA policies and Wisconsin State Law, UW-Superior and Yellowjacket Athletics support student-athletes receiving compensation for the use of their name, image, and likeness (NIL) from sources outside the university, in accordance with the university's NIL policy.

NIL Policy

Student-athletes are required to disclose NIL activities through the NIL Disclosure Form no later than seven days (one calendar week) after entering into an oral or written NIL Agreement.
