Box Score SUPERIOR, Wis. – The University of Wisconsin Superior men's soccer team was back at home Saturday afternoon facing Minnesota Morris in Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) play.   After a big non-conference win over St. Scholastica Wednesday, the 'Jackets kept the momentum going, rolling to a 6-0 win over the Cougars at the NBC Spartan Sports Complex. With the win the 'Jackets have now won five in a row.

Nicolai Stokker (Klokkarstua, Norway/St. Hallvard) would act fast as he found the back of the net just five minutes into the match.
Josh Bellamy (High Wycombe, England/FAB Football Academy) would send a nice pass across the 18 to the far side of the field where it would find Stokker to give the Yellowjacket a 1-0 lead.

In the 13th minute, Bellamy would mark one of his own. Bellamy, from the outside of the 18-yard line, would send a beautiful shot entering the net in the top left corner to make the score 2-0 for the Yellowjackets.

Bellemy was fouled in the 27th minute giving him a penalty kick, that he would take advantage of and would get his second of the game leading the 'Jackets to a 4-0 game to end the first half. This is Bellemy's second game in a row that he has scored on a penalty kick opportunity. Â

Into the second half the Yellowjacket would not slow down, as
Jake Kidd (Superior, Wis./Superior Senior) would score a goal of his own in the 63rd minute. Kidd now with a total of eight goals on the season. Just one minute later, Stokker would find his second goal of the game in the 64th minute making the score 5-0. Kidd got credit for the assist.

The Yellowjackets did not stop there, as
Gavin Watkinson (Lakeville, Minn./Farmington Area) would make it 6-0 in the 66th minute of play.
Andy Rowland (Andover, Minn./Andover) would be credited with the assist.

Alex Paredes (Mequon, Wis./Homestead) would get the start in net playing the first 63 minutes, seeing zero shots on net.
Patrick Sessions (Brighton, England/Brighton, Hove & Sussex Sixth Form College) would come into net in the 64th minute, not having to make any saves.

The Yellowjackets are back in action Wednesday, Oct. 11 as they travel to Northwestern for more UMAC play. Kickoff at Reynolds Field is set for 7:00 p.m.
