Walker added four more points and sophomore Andrew Kunelius (Caledonia, Minn./Caledonia) a 3-pointer in transition in the run.

From there, Bethany Lutheran (18-3, 9-1) rebuilt its advantage to six prior to Reid Johnson (Chatfield, Minn./Chatfield) splashing a 3 off of a T.J. Moberg (Champlin, Minn./Champlin Park) assist with 6:02 left to make it a 62-59. Johnson followed with a bucket in transition -- after a Josef Fahrenholtz (Chatfield, Minn./Chatfield) steal -- to for a 62-61 deficit. Schrupp followed another 3-pointer -- assisted by former Yellowjacket Mason Ackley (Superior, Wis./Superior Senior) -- and a pair of free throws as UWS was unable to punch back and BLC knocked down 5-of-6 from the stripe to ensure the win.

Walker led Superior with 19 points while Fahrenholtz added 15 points four rebounds and three steals in the loss. Jax Madson (12 points) and Drew Sagedahl and Hunter Nielsen (11 points apiece) also scored double figures for the Vikings.

The Vikings scored the first seven points of the game after which UWS came roaring back with seven of its own to tie. Joey Barker (Superior, Wis./Superior Senior) completed a three-point play at the 14:05 mark to do the honors. Johnson scored the next three points to give UWS its largest lead on the day.

BLC rallied for the next nine, capping the spurt with a Thomas Datka trey, for a 16-10 lead. Fahrenholtz cut the deficit to 23-20 with 7:56 left in the half, but Schrupp hit a 3-pointer to extend the edge to 33-22 wih 3:01 left.
