SAINT BONIFACIUS, Minn. – Saturday the Yellowjacket women's soccer team traveled to Old National Bank Stadium to face off against the Polars of Crown College. UWS opened conference play on a high note Wednesday after scoring six goals, and their hot striking followed them Saturday as they rolled to a 3-0 win.

- The Yellowjackets logged their first goal of the match in the 40th minute of play courtesy of Sophie Adler (Cottage Grove, Minn./East Ridge). She received an assist from Brynn Johnson (South Range, Wis./Superior) for her first collegiate goal.
- Kamryn Hill (Duluth, Minn./Denfeld) struck at the 69th minute after receiving a feed from Brook Judnick (Hermantown, Minn./Hermantown) for her fourth goal of the week.
- Superior received insurance courtesy of Niamh Larson (Brookfield, Ill./Riverside Brookfield), who buried one in the 74th minute after Abby Carlson (Rockford, Ill./Guilford) and Adler received helpers.
- UWS led in shots 24-1, with Larson contributing a third of Superior's offensive output.
- Senior keeper Quinn Clark (Duluth, Minn./Duluth East) logged her 15th collegiate shutout Saturday.
The Yellowjackets face off against Northwestern Tuesday, with an opening kickoff scheduled for 7 p.m. at SCCU Stadium in Superior.
