RIVER FALLS, Wis. - After a tough loss last night, the Yellowjacket men's hockey team was back in action for their second game of the weekend series against UW-River Falls. At the end of 60 minutes the Falcons and 'Jackets found themselves tied but a game winner in overtime allowed River Falls to escape with the victory.

The Yellowjackets opened the scoring in the first period as Logan Nickerson (East Haddam, Conn./West Haven) lit the lamp receiving feeds from Daniel Rozsival (Chicago, Ill./North Shore Country Day) and Liam Whitehouse (Mount Kisco, N.Y./Horace Greeley).

Just as the first period was ending, Justin Dauphinais (Val Caron, Ontario/École Secondaire Catholique Horizon) scored off assists from Matt Danziger (Potomac, Md./University of Nebraska High) and Zach Lussier (Brossard, Quebec/College Charles-Lemoyne).

Alexey Yarmulnik (Old Bridge, N.J./Old Bridge), AJ Reed (Milwaukee, Wis./Menomonee Falls), and Evan Axell (Plymouth, Minn./Armstrong) led the 'Jackets in shots with four each.
The Yellowjackets (11-7-1, 4-5-0 WIAC) are back in action next Friday as they host UW-Eau Claire. Puck drop from Wessman Arena is scheduled for 7 p.m.
