SUPERIOR, Wis. – The Yellowjacket men's soccer team played host to Bethany Lutheran on Saturday in a highly-anticipated matchup of the conference's top two teams. The 'Jackets scored within the first 10 minutes of play and would later log the finishing blow in the 53rd minute, securing a 2-0 shutout of the Vikings.

- Harvey McLoughlin (London, England/Highgate Woods) logged the opening goal, as he completed a one-timer after a funky deflection for his fifth goal of the season.
- Seth Davidson (Sartell, Minn./Sartell), NCAA Division III's leading scorer, extended his hold on the nation with his 16th of the season, as he took an assist from Alek Pyrah (London, England/Chiswick School) to secure his 16th goal of the campaign.
- McLoughlin and Davidson each had three shots on the day, leading Superior's 11 total shots.
