ST. MICHAEL, Minn. – The Yellowjacket men's golf team teed up the fall 2026 season Tuesday, taking part in the Northwestern Fall Invite at Fox Hollow Golf Course. The Yellowjackets were split into two teams, finishing in third and tenth, respectively.
 
Meet Notes

• Leading the Yellowjackets, and the entire individual field, was Blu Anderson (Amery, Wis./Amery). In a four-way tie for first place, he won the playoff for individualist honors after shooting a three-under 69. He fired two birdies in the front nine and four on the back nine, ending with a 37/32 split.
• Andrew Slatten (Hibbing, Minn./Hibbing) followed, tying for 10th place with a three-over 74.
• Colton Stupar (Grand Rapids, Minn./Grand Rapids), who eagled the par-five fourth hole, ended his day with a 39/38 split for a collective 77.
• JD Glampe (Green Bay, Wis./Luxemburg Casco) and Matthew Unger (New Richmond, Wis./New Richmond) each had a 79 on the day.
• Superior's second team entry was led by Ryan Kissner (Hugo, Minn./White Bear Lake), shooting an even 37/37 split for a three-over 74.
• The trio of Sam Brennan (Eau Claire, Wis./Memorial) (81), Caleb Harper (Vadnais Heights, Minn./St. Croix Lutheran) (82) and Cody Olinger (White Bear Lake, Minn./White Bear Lake) (82) followed in second through fourth place.
• Jamin Durfee (Superior, Wis./Superior) followed with a collective 88 on the day.
• Kobe Grant (Vernon, British Columbia/South Kamloops Secondary) and Avery Collins (Duluth, Minn./Duluth East), both competing as individuals, shot a 38/41 split for eight-over 79's on the day, while Noah Bourque (Poplar, Wis./Northwestern) rounded out the 'Jackets with an 85.

 
The Yellowjackets are back in action Saturday, taking part in the two-day Augsburg Fall Invite, scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. at Majestic Oaks Golf Club.
