2020: Did not compete as the season was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019: Ran six meets ... Earned All-UMAC First-Team honors, finishing fifth overall in 27:31 at UMAC championship ... Posted career-best 8K time of 27:09.8 at the Kollege Town Sports Invitational Oct. 19, finishing 157th overall ... Cracked top 100 at NCAA Division III Regional with time of 27:50.6 on Nov. 16.

2018: Competed in five meets in his first season of country ... Made debut at the Augsburg Invitational Sept. 15, running the 8K course in 31:04 ... Top 8K time came at the Dan Huston Invitational Sept 29 in 27:31.90 ... Ran 28:02.90 at the UMAC Championships for 19th overall Oct. 27 ...
