2023: Ran in six meets as a junior ... Named to the All-UMAC First Team for the third-straight season ... Took 12th place in the UMD Open, running the 3.73-meter course in 19:25.4 ... Consistently shaved seconds off his 8k times at the Running of the Cows, Blugold Invitational, and Augustana Interregional Invitational before placing first at the UMAC Championships with a 25:45.4, earning the individual championship with nearly 30 seconds between the next fastest runner ... Made his collegiate debut with a 20:49.8 6K time in the season-opening Dan Conway Classic/UMAC Preview on Sept. 9 to finish 17th ... Ran a season-best 26:49.9 for 113th at the NCAA Division III North Regional on Nov. 13.
