Holden Law is entering his fourth season at the University of Wisconsin-Superior in 2024-25. Previously serving as a Digital and Creative Content Specialist, he is currently the university's Creative Manager.
Law's duties are split between the UW-Superior Marketing and Communications office and Yellowjacket Athletics, where he spent two years as a student worker serving as the primary photographer at UW-Superior sporting events, as well as playing a pivotal role in the department's creative content and social media growth.
Law came to UW-Superior in 2019 after earning his associate degree from Lake Superior College while a member of the men's soccer team. He completed his undergraduate work at UW-Superior in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing.
As an undergraduate, Law had his work displayed prominently on the Yellowjacket Athletics' web site and the department's multiple social media channels. To further drive traffic to the channels as well as celebrate the exploits of the university's student-athletes, Law created photo specific channels on Instagram and Twitter, and both have had explosive growth and engagement.
In addition to his work with Yellowjacket Athletics, Law has collaborated with UW-Superior Marketing and Communications, lending his skill and creativity campus celebrations and events, including the UW-Superior Foundation's announcement of its $20 million campaign in September 2020 and the opening of the community vaccination clinic at Wessman Arena in April 2021.
Away from campus Law has previously worked as a freelance photographer, has done work with the Duluth School District, and served as the official photographer for the Duluth FC soccer club.
Law and his wife Maya reside in Duluth, Minn.
