Simeon Gibson enters his first season as an assistant women's basketball coach under head coach Emily Carpenter in the 2024-25 season. He assists the program in all of its facets.
Gibson's most recent stop came at NCAA Division I UNC Asheville as the Director of Player Development. He was tasked with recruiting and video efforts, while overseeing day-to-day operations of the program for the majority of the 2023-24 season. Before his time with the Bulldogs, he made a stop at NCAA Division I Morehead State. Serving as the Director of Operations, Gibson was responsible for all logistics related to overall function of the program.
A native of Asheville, North Carolina, Gibson received his Bachelor's Degree in exercise sport science at UNC Chapel Hill in 2022. He would further his education with a Master's Degree in sport administration from the University of Louisville in 2024.Â
Gibson resides in Superior.Â
