Scooped four digs on the campaign, with three coming against Northland on Sept. 20 ... Named UMAC Academic All-Conference for the second straight season. 

2021: Appeared in one match and two sets as a freshman ... Collected one kill and one assist against Dubuque on Sept. 3 in her collegiate debut ... Named UMAC Academic All-Conference.

Before UWS: Daughter of Mark and Candace Sonnek ... Five-sport athlete for St. Clair High School, graduating in 2021 ... Played volleyball and softball, ran track,  wrestled and cheered ... Helped the volleyball team to a runner-up finish in its subsection in 2018 ... Also played for Southern Extreme Volleyball Club ...  Claimed all-conference academic honors in volleyball and cheerleading from 2017-19, in track and field in 2018-19 and in softball in 2019 ... Earned all-state academic honors in 2020-21 in volleyball, wrestling and softball ... Won academic letters for four years ... Three-year Minnesota Honor Society member ...
