The University of Wisconsin Superior got points from 16 different players as the Yellowjackets rolled to a 79-43 victory over Finlandia University on Saturday afternoon at Mortorelli Gym.
UW-Superior (6-3) allowed only single-digits scoring in the first two quarters, posting identical 20-8 scores in the first and second to take a 40-16 lead to the locker room. The Yellowjackets only expanded on their lead from there, eventually downing Finlandia (3-5) by a 36-point margin. Head coach

Hannah Norlin (Litchfield, Minn./Litchfield H.S.) and freshman forward
Eva Reinertsen (Duluth, Minn./Homeschooled) posted matching 10-point, five-rebound lines to lead UW-Superior. Junior forward
Bailee Bartunek (Audobon, Minn./Lake Park-Audobon H.S.) added nine points and a team-high six rebounds. Seven different players had at least five points for the Yellowjackets. Molly Berg scored a game-high 11 points off the bench for Finlandia.

UW-Superior will close out the season's first half next weekend on the road. The Yellowjackets will take on Bethany Lutheran College in Upper Midwest Athletic Conference action on Friday night. Opening tip is set for 5:30 p.m. in Mankato, Minnesota preceding the men's contest.
