The 'Jackets started their second game in a row with a 6-0 run to open the first period of play, as Norlin and Kontny found back-to-back buckets. The duo scored the first 14 of the game, until Eva Reinertsen (Duluth, Minn./Homeschooled) drilled the layup on an assist from Taylor Kane (Grand Rapids, Minn./Grand Rapids) at 4:06. Larson then scored her signature mid-range jumper with two minutes remaining. Reinertsen and Kane scored six points in the final two to hold a 27-15 lead after one.

Leger hit two free throws at 8:21 of the third, followed two more from Leahn stretching the lead even more. Reinersten hit the open three minutes later, assisted by Ellie Leadstrom (Superior, Wis./Superior), and then Leadstrom hit two of her own assisted by Emily Carpenter (St. Peter, Minn./St. Peter). North Central made a mini run in the period, but Kontny and Norlin hit a string of free throws to get the lead back to 20 points after three.
The points kept flowing in the fourth, Jade Tucker (White Bear Lake, Minn./White Bear Lake) would score with seven minutes left, and Carpenter knocked down two free throws just a few seconds later.
