WHITE BEAR LAKE, Minn.:The UW-Superior men's tennis team dropped a 7-2 decision to Macalester at Lifetime Fitness Saturday. 
 
Sophomore Petar Bulatovic (Podgorica, Montenegro/Lee Academy) and freshman Carter Lamont (Villard, Minn./Minnewaska Area) earned singles victories on courts five and six, respectively, for the Yellowjackets. Bulatovic beat Isaac Hoehn, 6-3, 7-6 (11-9), while Lamont topped Sun Tun, 6-1, 6-0. 
 
Sophomore Gavin Mangan (Henderson, Nev./Basic Academy) and junior Brady Anderson (Fergus Falls, Minn./Fergus Falls) played a tight doubles match against the No. 3 pair of Hoehn and Brennan Arnold, falling, 8-6.
 
Superior (0-2) travels to Fargo, N.D., next Saturday to face Concordia (Minn.) at 3 p.m.
