NORTHFIELD, Minn. - The Yellowjacket men's hockey team was on the road again Saturday night as they played St. Olaf. Coming into the game the Yellowjackets scored 11 goals in their first two games, but the Oles were coming off two straight victories both being overtime wins. In this contest, the 'Jackets and Oles skated to a 3-3 draw with UWS picking up the shootout win.

The Oles struck first in the contest Willy Johnson scored but the 'Jackets were able to answer back on a power-play goal from Daniel Rozsival (Chicago, Ill./North Shore Country Day) off feeds from Chris Ishmael (Oakville, Ontario/Abbey Park Secondary School) and AJ Reed (Milwaukee, Wis./Menomonee Falls).

In the extra period neither team could find the back of the net sending the game to a shootout. In the shootout, Reed and Carson Riddle (Ortonville, Mich./Brandon) scored, securing the shootout win for UWS.
Up next for the Yellowjackets they take the ice at Wessman Arena for the first time to host St. Scholastica. Opening faceoff is set for 7 p.m.
