Match One Notes
- Superior and the Norse stayed close within the first set until Sidney Bader (Milltown, Wis./Unity) and Chesney Phillipp (Jacksonville, N.C./Holdingford) logged kills to extend their advantage. Makenna Hohbein (Holdingford, Minn./Holdingford) and Sydney Smith (Milltown, Wis./Unity) followed later in the set to lead by as many as six until Kate Jamtgaard (Grand Rapids, Minn./Grand Rapids) shut the door for a 25-17 win.
- The 'Jackets started hot in the second, leading 8-2 right out of the gate. Kyndra Peterson (Mounds View, Minn./Irondale), alongside Hohbein and Phillipp got the offense going and maintained the pressure on Luther all the way to a 25-16 set two victory.
- The Norse came alive in the third, leading 16-7 at one point. Kills from Bader and Maddie Hunter (Anoka, Minn./Anoka) got Superior back on track, and while utilizing Norse errors and adding more kills, they pushed to a 25-23 win to sweep Luther.
- Hohbein (nine), Bader (seven), and Phillipp (six) paced the offense. Savanna Hering (Superior, Wis./Superior) added eight digs across the match.

Match Two Notes
- The 'Jackets faced off against the Fighting Scots in their second match of the day. The opening set was closely contested on both sides early on until UWS logged three points to lead 14-11.
- Monmouth added five points of their own and eventually four more to lead 20-17, but kills from Saeger, Gabi Schwirtz (Plato, Minn./Glencoe-Silver Lake) and Hohbein helped them come all the way back and log seven points to win the opener 25-21.
- The Fighting Scots took the second set 25-18. Superior led 11-8 but multiple Yellowjacket miscues gave Monmouth the lead and they wouldn't give it back to even the match.
- UWS fell 6-0 in the third, but shifted the momentum after a trio of Schwirtz service aces and kills from Hohbein and Katlyn Jones (Bloomer, Wis./Bloomer). Later in the set the 'Jackets held a seven-point rally and led 20-17 until the Scots fought to a one-point lead at 23-22. Hohbein and Bader combined for a pair of kills before an attack error saw the 'Jackets win 26-24.
- The fourth was the definition of volleying the lead. Both teams couldn't generate any more than three consecutive points, but the Yellowjackets came alive in the latter half of the set to win 26-24.
- Hohbein paced with 19 kills and 15 digs. Coral Cook (Shawano, Wis./Shawano) and Claude ended with 13 and 12 digs, respectively.
- Schwirtz tied her Yellowjacket-best mark of five service aces, which came against Crown College last season.
