ORLANDO, Fla. - The Yellowjacket women's tennis team came into their match against Dickinson with a three-match winning streak. Unfortunately, the 'Jackets couldn't extend their win streak falling to the Red Devils 6-1.

The Yellowjackets lost the double point with the team of Andreina Tejada (Quito, Ecuador/Isaac Newton) and Claudia Curtis (Hartland, Wis./Lake Mills) falling in the No. 1 doubles 2-6. Anouk Bluemm (Nuremberg, Germany/Wilhelm-Loege Gymnasium) and Kate Jonas (Annandale, Minn./Annandale) picked up a doubles win with a score of 6-1 while Elif Oezen (Rheda-Wiedenbrueck, Germany/Einstein Gymnasium) and Daylyn Drew (Negaunee, Mich./Negaunee) fell 3-6.

Oezen fell in three sets in the No. 3 singles 3-6, 6-3, 0-1 (4-10). Curtis also fell in three sets 5-7, 6-4, 0-1 (2-10).
The Yellowjackets are next in action on March 21 when they play Wartburg. Opening serve is set for 4 p.m. at the Rogers Tennis Club in Rogers, Minn.
