SAINT PETER, Minn. - The Yellowjacket women's tennis team took on UW-La Crosse in the first round of the NCAA Tournament Friday, seeing action at the Wilkinson Tennis Complex on the campus of Gustavus Adolphus. UWL took the doubles point early and would later defeat Superior in three singles matches, advancing with a 4-0 win.

Both Elif Oezen (Rheda-Wiedenbrueck, Germany/Einstein Gymnasium) and Addison Fee (Crookston, Minn./Crookston), alongside Claudia Curtis (Hartland, Wis./Lake Mills) and Daylyn Drew (Negaunee, Mich./Negaunee) fell 6-0 at Nos. 2-3 doubles, respectively.

Anouk Bluemm (Nuremberg, Germany/Wilhelm-Loege Gymnasium) dropped a 6-1, 6-2 match to Tasha Bailey at the top singles slot, while Oezen's match with Shelby Roth saw her fall 6-2, 6-0.
The Yellowjackets cap the 2025-26 campaign with an overall record of 19-8, the second-best finish in program history.
