SUPERIOR, Wis. – The Yellowjacket baseball team saw four of its student-athletes honored by the College Sports Communicators (CSC), the organization announced Tuesday.

The CSC recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the classroom and in competition. The CSC Academic All-America program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions – NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA. Student-athletes must carry a minimum grade point average of 3.5, compete in 90% of contests (or start in at least 66% of contests), and be at least a sophomore athletically and academically.Â

UWS had a historic year in 2026. They won their first Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) Regular Season Championship in program history, along with setting a new program record in wins. Their overall record was 27-14.
