2013-14: Appeared in 16 games...Missed several games due to injuries...Played both forward and defense during the year...Played his first game for the Yellowjackets on November 7 against St. John's...Scored his first collegiate goal in his first game after returning from injury, a 6-1 win over UW-Stout January 17...WIAC Scholar Athlete.

Before UWS: Minnesota native played his junior hockey in the Manitoba Junior Hockey League with the Dauphin Kings, the same program that produced former Yellowjacket Baron Bradley (2003-07)...Helped the Kings to a runner-up finish in the MJHL in 2012-13...Part of 2012 Turnbull Cup championship team...Played for the 2012 Anavet Cup (series between the champions of the Manitoba and Saskatchewan Junior Hockey Leagues) and appeared in the 2012 Royal Bank Cup, Canada's Tier II National Championship Tournament...Played in 150 regular season and playoff games in two MJHL seasons, scoring 20-31-51...Went to Canada following a season with the Russell Stover AAA Midget program in Kansas City...Stover won the 2010 regional championship...Played three years of high school hockey at Rochester Century...Participated in the 2009-10 Minnesota State High School Hockey Tournament...Received All-City and All-Conference honors that same season, as well as being named All-State honorable mention.
