Before UWS: Played high school hockey in Arizona before moving onto the junior ranks...Was an Arizona All-State player from 2009 through 2011 at Cactus High School...Helped the Cobras win the 2010 Arizona state championship...Named an America West Hockey League (AWHL) All-Star in 2012, 2013, and 2014 while playing with the Great Falls Americans...Also received the AWHL Community Service Award...First Yellowjacket ever to hail from Arizona.
