Indoor: earned All-UMAC and USTFCCCA All-Region honors...took 1st place in four-straight meets...was first in both long jump and triple jump at the Yellowjacket Open, marking 5.51m and 11.19m...improved numbers at the St. Olaf Invite with 1st in the long jump with 5.29m and 1st in the triple with 11.27m...champion of both long and triple jumps at the UMAC Championships, collecting 5.39m and 11.51m...
Outdoor: was All-UMAC once again...was 1st in both triple and long jumps at the UMD Open, collecting 11.61m and 5.57m...back-to-back champion in the triple jump at the UMAC Championships with 11.38m, also was first in the long jump with 5.53m...recorded a personal-best in triple with 11.65m and 3rd place at the NCC Gregory Qualifier...

2016-17
Indoor: took 1st in long jump at Twin Ports Invite with 5.29m...3rd in triple jump with 11.20m at Yellowjacket Open...1st in 60m hurdles, triple jump, and long jump at UMAC CHampionship...qualified for NCAA Indoor Championships in the triple jump...

2015-16: Named UMAC Player of the Week for the week of February 2...Earned second UMAC Player of the Week honors for the week of February 8...Named Field Athlete of the Meet for the UMAC Championships for indoor track and field...Named UMAC All-Conference for indoor track and field...Named USTFCCCA All-Central Region for both long jump and triple jump...Qualified for NCAA Championships in indoor track and field.

Before UWS: Third Place in 100m European Youth Championships in 2010. Second Place in Triple Jump at Hesse State Championships in 2010. First Place in 4x100m Relay in European Youth Championships in 2010.
