Cross Country/Track & Field Camps

2026 Summer Track & Field Camps ($50 per session)
The UW-Superior Track & Field camps are a great opportunity for 7th-12th graders of all skill levels to learn and grow in the sport. The table below displays what events will be featured on which dates. All camps will take place from 4-6 p.m., with the exception of all throws sessions, which will take place from 3-6 p.m.

For all first-time registrants, please report to the Dr. Lydia C. Thering Fieldhouse inside the MWC.

What to Bring
Pole Vault: 
Running shoes/spikes, proper athletic clothing, your own poles, phone and/or notebook for videos or notes
Hurdles: Running shoes/spikes, proper athletic clothing, phone and/or notebook for videos or notes
Sprints/Jumps: Running shoes/spikes, proper athletic clothing, phone and/or notebook for videos or notes
Throws: Running shoes, proper athletic clothing, your own implements (shot put and/or discus), phone and/or notebook for videos or notes
