2020-21 Indoor: Competed in three meets ... Earned All-UMAC honors in the 800 meters, finishing second in the event at the UMAC championship on March 6 in 2:04.91 ... Also part of the winning 4x400 relay at the second UMAC Classic in 3:43.30 on Feb. 20. 
2021 Outdoor: Competed in eight meets ... Set a career best in the 1,500 meters at the NCAA Final Qualifier at UW-La Crosse on May 20 in 4:10.23 ... Named UMAC Academic All-Conference.

2019-20 Indoor: Competed in seven meets ... Earned All-UMAC honors in the 5,000 meters at the UMAC championship, finishing second in 16:39.27 ... Posted career bests in the mile at the Pointer Final Qualifier March 7 (4:31.99), the 5,000 meters at the Yellowjacket Open Jan. 18 (16:19.66) and the 3,000 at the Warren Bowlus Invitational Feb. 1 (9:14.81). 

2019 Outdoor: Competed in four meets ... Posted career-best 800 meters in 201.32 for fifth place at UMAC championship ... Also ran personal-best 16:33.74 in 5,000 meters at UMAC championship, placing eighth ... Finished 11th overall in 3,000-meter steeplechase in career-best 10:28.08 at Eagle Open May 10.
2018-19 Indoor: Competed in seven meets ... Set personal best in the mile run at the Lake Superior Challenge, running 4:55.53 for seventh place ... Also clocked personal best in 400 meters at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic Feb, 16, running 55.90 for 23rd.

2018 Outdoor: Competed in four meets ... Part of the 4x800-meter relay team that won the event at the UMAC championship in 8:17.56 ... Also earned a pair of 10th-place finishes in the 1,500 meters and 800 meters at the UMAC meet (4:17.36 and 2:04.56, respectively).
2017-18 Indoor: Competed in four meets ... Finished fourth in the 800 meters in a season-best 2:03.49 in the UMAC championship.

Before UWS: Graduate of Cloquet High School in 2017 ... Competed in both cross country and track and field for the Lumberjacks ... Undecided on a major at UW-Superior.
