Second in the 5,000 meters at the UMAC Championships in 19:54.56 ... Earned All-UMAC recognition ... Named UMAC Academic All-Conference. 
2019 Outdoor: Competed in five meets ... Set career bests in the 5,000 meters (19:46.06) and 3,000-meter steeplechase (12:42.58) at the UMAC championships ... Also ran personal-best 1,500 meters at the Phil Esten Challenge April 19 in 5:31.90 ... Earned All-UMAC recognition in 5,000 meters.
