2020-21 Indoor: Competed in three meets ... Won the 800 meters at the UMAC championship in a time of 2:04.85 and was All-UMAC in the mile run, finishing second in 4:38.98 on March 6.
2021 Outdoor: Competed in nine meets ... Set a personal record in the 1,500 meters at the NCAA Final Qualifier at UW-La Crosse in 4:05.93 on May 20 ... Named UMAC Academic All-Conference.

2019-20 Indoor: Competed in nine meets ... Won the 800 meters at the Lake Superior Challenge Feb. 8 in 2:04.83 ... Also helped his team win the distance medley relay at the UMAC championship to earn All-UMAC honors in 11:06.49.

2019 Outdoor: Competed in eight meets ... Posted career bests in the 800 (2:03.51, seventh) and 5,000 (17:10.51, 17th) meters at the UMAC championships ... Ran personal-best 1,500 at UW-La Crosse Final Qualifier May 16 in 4:09.22 for 13th place.
2018-19 Indoor: Competed in five meets ... Clocked personal bests in the mile (9:50.58, 10th) and 3,000 meters (4:40.56, fifth) at the UMAC championships.
