2021-22 Indoor: Competed in seven meets ... Began the season with sixth-place finishes in the shot put (11.42 meters) and weight throw (12.92 meters) at The Opener Dec. 11 ... Posted season-best weight throw of 13.89 meters for fourth at the Maday Classic on Feb. 12 ... Season-best shot put mark was 11.98 for sixth at the UMAC championship. 
2022 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets ... Opened the season April 2 at the Hamline Invitational with 10th place in the hammer throw (41.09 meters) and 17th in the discus (31.09 meters) ... Posted a career-best shot-put mark of 13.07 meters at the Falcon Invitational on April 9 for fifth place ... Finished second in the discus at the UMAC championship with a mark of 40.53 meters, earning All-UMAC honors ... Bettered his discus mark for a career-best 41.82 meters at the Eagle Open May 13 for 12th overall ... Turned in his career-best hammer throw at the Augustana Midwest Twilight on May 13 in 48.84 meters for 18th.

2020-21 Indoor: Competed in three meets ... Earned All-UMAC in the weight throw, finishing second at the UMAC championship with a mark of 14.67 meters ... Third in the weight throw at the UMAC Classic on Feb. 6 with a heave of 13.59 meters.
2021 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets ... Finished third in the discus at the UMAC championship in 38.79 meters on May 7 ... Also finished third in all three events he entered at the Saint Mary's Drake Alternative on April 24 ... Threw 43.45 meters in the hammer, 33.02 in the discus and 10.87 in the shot put at the event.

2019-20 Indoor: Competed in eight meets ... Earned All-UMAC honors in the weight throw, finishing second in the event at the UMAC championship with a toss of 14.90 meters, a career best ... Also posted a career best in the shot put at the conference meet, finishing ninth with a heave of 12.22 meters.

2019 Outdoor: Competed in four meets ... Top discus and hammer throws of the season came at the Cornell College Invitational April 6 ... Threw 39.56 meters to finish eighth overall in discus and 35.86 with the hammer for 14th place ... Best shot-put effort came in the UMAC championships May 3 with toss of 12.12 meters for eighth place ... Also sixth overall in discus in UMAC championship with mark of 39.38 meters.
2018-19 Indoor: Competed in six meets ... Seventh in shot put at UMAC championship with mark of 11.91 meters ... Season-best weight throw of 12:32 meters for ninth at UMAC championship.
