2021 Outdoor: Competed in three meets ... Set a personal record in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in the Great River Rust Buster on March 27, running 10:50.05 for 11th place overall ... Named UMAC Academic All-Conference.

2019-20 Indoor: Competed in seven meets ... Won the 800 meters at the Twin Ports Invitational Jan. 18 in 2:13.55 ... Set career bests in the 1,000 (2:55.08) meters, mile (4:50.91), 3,000 (9:46.89) and 5,000 (17:20.85) meters ... Named UMAC Academic All-Conference.
