2024 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets ... Earned three top five finishes at the UMAC Track and Field Outdoor Championship ... Finished in fifth place finish in the shot put with a throw of 10.98 meters, earning a personal best score ... Finished fourth in the discus throw with a thrwo of 34.98 meters, earning a second personal best score at the UMAC Track and Field Outdoor Championship ... Recorded two personal bests at the Janis Rider/Doug Bolstorff Invitational in the high jump at 37.89 meters (19th place), and javelin throw at 35.79 meters (second place) ... Placed first in the javelin throw at the Holst Invitational with a throw of 34.07 meters ... Broke the school record for javelin throw with a heave of 35.79 meters ... Earned CSC Academic All-District honors. 

2022-23 Indoor: Competed in five meets ... Recorded a personal best in the weight throw at the Gene Glader Classic with a throw of 9.55 meters (16th place) ... Placed fifth at the UMAC Indoor Track and Field Championship in the shot put with a throw of 10.34 meters. 
2023 Outdoor: Competed in six meets ... Recorded a personal best in the high jump, placing third at the UMAC Track and Field Outdoor Championship with a jump of 1.38 meters.

Before UWS:  Played volleyball and basketball and participated in track and field at Unity High School, graduating in 2022 ... Brother, Logan, played basketball at NCAA Division II Bemidji State from 2016-20 ...  Also attended UW-Eau Claire ... Four-time All-Lakeland Conference selection in basketball 2019-21, including first-team honors in 2021 and 2022 ...
