Earned medalist honors in the 5,000-meter race, finishing with a time of 20:03.15 at the Maday Classic ... Placed second in the DMR (14:32.68) and third in the 5,000-meter race (20:20.48) at the UMAC Championships ... Finished first in the 5,000-meter race again, this time at the Ripon Final Qualifier, clcoking a 20:06.73. 
2023 Outdoor: Competed in five meets ... PR'd in the 1,500-meter race at the Rex Foster Twilight, clocking a 5:12.76 ... Took first in the 5,000-meter race (18:59.41) at the SMU Cardinal Invitational ... Received medalist honors with a 19:21.42 in the 5,000-meters during the UMAC Championships. 

2021-22 Indoor: Competed in five meets ... Made collegiate debut at the Minnesota State Invitational on Jan. 14, running the 3,000 meters in 14:01.95 for 20th overall ... Ran the mile in the Twin Ports Open on Jan. 22 in 6:43.29 for 12th place ... Part of the distance-medley relay team at the UWRF Winter Classic on Feb. 5 that ran 15:08.39 for second place ... Sixth in the 800 meters in the Maday Classic on Feb. 12 in 3:03.53 ... Ran a career-best time in the 5,000 meters at the UMAC championship for 10th place in 24:20.82 ... Named UMAC Academic All-Conference. 
2022: Outdoor: Competed in four meets ... Made outdoor debut at the Hamline Invitational on April 2, running the 800 meters in 6:33.29 for 73rd overall ... Posted a career-best 1,500-meter time of 6:28.00 for 61st place at the Phil Esten Challenge on April 23 ... Career-best 800 meter time came at the UMAC championship in 2:58.84 for 20th.

Before UWS: Graduate of Superior Senior High School in 2021 ... Ran cross country and track and played basketball for the Spartans ... Swenson, Nelson and Wisconsin State Academic Excellence Scholarship recipient ... Mother Carina also attended UWS ... Brother Joey currently plays for the Yellowjackets' men's basketball and baseball teams ... Biology major at UW-Superior.
