SUPERIOR, Wis. - The UW-Superior men's and women's track and field teams have announced their meet scheduled for Saturday, April 1 at Hamline University in St. Paul, Minn. has been canceled due to poor facility conditions. The recent snow and ice storms have left the facility unsuitable for competition at this time.

The meet will not be rescheduled for later in the year, and the Yellowjacket teams will not seek out an alternative location to compete this weekend. The men's and women's track and field teams are now scheduled to open their outdoor track and field season Thursday, April 6 when they travel to Collegeville, Minn. to compete in the Saint John's Open. Events will begin at 4 p.m.
