Carson Wilhorn (Necedah, Wis./Necedah) from the Yellowjacket men's track and field team picked up academic plaudits.

The CSC recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the classroom and in competition. The CSC Academic All-America program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions – NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA. Student-athletes must carry a minimum grade point average of 3.5, rank within the top 50 in the region in a single event (indoor or outdoor) and be at least a sophomore athletically and academically.

The Yellowjacket men's track and field teams claimed their 10th title at the 2025-26 Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) Indoor Championship while placing second in the outdoor season.
