SUPERIOR, Wis. - The UW-Superior baseball doubleheader against Crown College, scheduled for Saturday, May 6 at the NBC Spartan Sports Complex in Superior, has had the start time changed.

Originally scheduled to start at 2 p.m., the doubleheader will now begin at 1 p.m., with the second game commencing about 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first.

It's a pivotal weekend series for both teams. The Yellowjackets are playing for the program's first conference title since 1966, and they currently have a half-game lead over second-place Bethany Lutheran. Crown, meanwhile is three games behind the Yellowjackets and Bethany Lutheran and is fighting to finish the season in one of the top two spots in the conference standings. The first game of the series will be played Friday at the NBC Spartan Sports Complex.
