COLFAX, Wis. – In the final race of the 2025 season, the Yellowjacket men's cross country team took on the NCAA North Regional, hosted by UW-Eau Claire at the Whitetail Golf Course. Superior ended the day with a collective 721, finishing 24th overall as the top UMAC school in the race in a gauntlet of the region's best runners.
Race Notes
- Leading the way for the 'Jackets was Ben Plackner (Bovey, Minn./Greenway), collecting a 27:20.6 for 109th individually.
- Maverick Hoogland (Catawba, Wis./Phillips) followed with a race time of 27:48.5 before Dominick Meisner (Bloomer, Wis./Bloomer) crossed the line at 28:23.2.
- Tyler Smith (Ironwood, Mich./Ironwood) (28:54.7) and Jayde Canfield (Prescott, Wis./Prescott) (29:24.5) were the fourth and fifth finishers, respectively, while Deryck Parduhn (Ashland, Wis./Ashland) rounded out Superior with a 30:19.4.
This meet concludes the season for the Yellowjackets.
