NORTHFIELD, Minn. – Saturday marked the second appearance for the Yellowjacket men's cross country team, taking part in the St. Olaf Invitational hosted at the Oles home course. UWS took home a ninth place finish on the day, collecting a team score of 268 in a group of tough competition within the Midwest.
Race Notes
- Dylan Uitto (Ashland, Wis./Ashland) spearheaded the Yellowjackets on the day, coming in 49th individually while logging a race time of 26:45.0 on the day.
- A 27:33.8 race time is what Maverick Hoogland (Catawba, Wis./Phillips) logged on the day, being followed by Dominick Meisner (Bloomer, Wis./Bloomer) with a 28:18.7 mark.
- Tyler Smith (Ironwood, Mich./Ironwood) finished his day with a 29:20.7 finish before Jayde Canfield (Prescott, Wis./Prescott) followed at 29:46.1.
- Closing things out for the Yellowjackets was the duo of Deryck Parduhn (Ashland, Wis./Ashland) (30:51.7) and Oleksandr Danylov (Kyiv, Ukraine/European Collegium) (32:16.7).
