SUPERIOR, Wis. - The Yellowjacket men's hockey team welcomed UW-Stout back into Wessman Arena Saturday night after falling to the Blue Devils last night. The Blue Devils were able to score in each period on the way to blanking the Yellowjackets 3-0.  

Game Notes:  

• UW-Stout first goal came off the stick of Evan Vanden Heuvel with the next two coming from Hayden Stock the last of which came on an empty net.  

• Jack Boschert (Florissant, Mo./Duchesne) made the start in goal for the Yellowjackets, fending off 21 shots.  

• On the offensive end, the Yellowjackets got four shots each from Matt Danziger (Potomac, Md./University of Nebraska High) and Ikki Kogawa (Chiba, Japan/Collingwood Collegiate Institute).  

• Defensively Danziger blocked three Blue Devils shots.  

Superior (11-10-2, 4-8-1 WIAC) return to the ice on Friday as they hit the road to take on UW-Stevens Point. Puck drop is scheduled for 7 p.m. inside K.B. Willett Arena.
