ORLANDO, Fla. - The UW-Superior women's tennis team took on their second challenge of their Florida trip facing off against Loras. The Yellowjackets were able to bounce back after yesterday's loss with a 6-1 victory over the Duhawks.

The Yellowjackets swept the doubles point as all three duos won their match. In the No. 1 doubles Andreina Tejada (Quito, Ecuador/Isaac Newton) and Claudia Curtis (Hartland, Wis./Lake Mills) won 6-3. In the No. 2 doubles, Anouk Bluemm (Nuremberg, Germany/Wilhelm-Loege Gymnasium) and Kate Jonas (Annandale, Minn./Annandale) won their match 6-0 while in the No. 3 doubles Daylyn Drew (Negaunee, Mich./Negaunee) and Elif Oezen (Rheda-Wiedenbrueck, Germany/Einstein Gymnasium) won their match 7-6.
The Yellowjackets return to the court tomorrow as they have a doubleheader against Roger Williams and Piedmont. The first match is set for 10:30 a.m. CT while their second is set for 5:30 p.m. CT in Orlando.
