SUPERIOR, Wis. – The University of Wisconsin-Superior and Yellowjacket Athletics have announced its club men's soccer program are now members of the newly developed league, US College Club Soccer (USCCS).
The Yellowjackets completed its inaugural season in 2025 as members of the Midwest Alliance Soccer Conference (MASC).
The USCCS is the first and only National Organization whose purpose is to unite and develop college club soccer teams and its student-athletes, the ones who truly play for the love of the game. Their vision is to maximize the college experience for every club soccer student-athlete and provide a clearly defined platform to keep playing beyond college.
USCCS seeks to unite every college club soccer team in the United States under a single banner and provide resources and support systems that make clubs stronger, more effecting and lasting.
UW-Superior will compete in the Midwest North Division, composed of various schools within the states of Wisconsin and Minnesota. Those institutions include Carleton, Gustavus Adolphus, Macalester, Minnesota Duluth, UW-Eau Claire, UW-La Crosse, UW-River Falls and UW-Stout, among others.
"I'm excited to join USCCS as one of its founding members," head coach
Brandon Johnson said. "We can't wait to join a growing league and enter a competitive atmosphere with our regional peers."
