YELLOWJACKET CAREER
2017-18: Competed in all six races as a junior during the cross country season...ran a career best 8k of 26:37.3 at the N.C.A.A. Regional Nov. 11...earned All-U.M.A.C. selection for second straight season.

2016-17: Competed in all six races during the cross country season, continually improving his marks...posted his career-best mark of 27:11.4 at the NCAA Central Regional on Nov. 12...earned an All-U.M.A.C. Second Team selection.

2015-16: Named U.M.A.C. All-Conference for indoor track and field.

Before UWS: Was a three-sport athlete at Cloquet High School, running cross country and track and field as well as playing basketball ... qualified for the Minnesota State Track and Field Meet in the 4-x-800-meter relay in 2015 ... earned a trip to the state cross country meet in 2013 ... helped the Lumberjacks qualify for the Minnesota State Boys Basketball Tournament in 2014.
