Competed in seven races during his final season of collegiate competition ... ran 123rd at the NCAA National Championships ... posted his career-best time of 25:27.40 at the AAE Invite hosted by UW-Oshkosh on Oct. 15 ... earned an All-UMAC First Team selection.

2015-16 (Junior) Placed third at the 2015 UMAC Cross Country Championships ... named All-UMAC First Team ... finished in 24th place at the NCAA Central Regional ... named All-Central Region ... named UMAC All-Conference in Indoor Track and Field ... named player of the week for outdoor track and field for the week of 5/3/2016.

2014-15 (Sophomore) Had a strong junior cross country season ... set a new personal record in the 8,000-meter race at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 25:31.50 ... WIAC Scholar Athlete.

2013-14 (Freshman) Got stronger as the cross country season went on ... recorded his best time of the year at the NCAA Midwest Regional, finishing with a time of 26:06.3 ... broke his own school record in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Bolstorff Twilight with a time of 9:32.96, which also won the event ... also a part of several distance medley relay teams ... WIAC Scholar Athlete.

2012-13 (Freshman-Track only) Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Saint Mary's Open on April 27 with a time of 9:49:19 and set a new school record in the process ... WIAC Scholar Athlete.

Before UWS: Multi-sport standout at Esko (Minn.) High School ... was an All-Polar Conference selection in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011 ... also a cross country all-state performer in 2009, 2010, and 2011 ... received All-Polar Conference recognition in basketball three times (2010, 2011, 2012) and four times in track and field (2009, 2010, 2011, 2012) ... was an all-state basketball player for the Eskomos in 2012 ... also an all-state track performer in 2010 ... part of Class A Section 7 championship teams in 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010 ... received all-state all-academic honors for track and field in 2010, 2011, and 2012 and in basketball in 2012.
