2016-17 (Senior) Did not compete in cross country during his senior season.

2013-14 (Freshman) Competed for both the cross country and track and field teams ... was consistently among the top Yellowjacket runners during freshman cross country season ... turned in his best time at the Brooks Invitational, finishing with a time of 26:54 ... had a top five finish and set a personal record in the 800-meters at the Yellowjacket Open ... broke his personal best in the event the next week ... also ran with Yellowjacket relay teams.

Before UWS: Ran just down the street for Superior High School ... was twice named All-Lake Superior Conference Second Team (2009, 2012) and twice named All-Lake Superior Conference First Team (2010, 2011) in cross country ... qualified for the Division 1 Wisconsin State Track and Field Meet in 2012.
