2018 Outdoor: Earned All-UMAC recognition ... Part of a team that won the 4x800-meter relay with 8:17.56 at the UMAC Championship, while also placing fourth in the 1,500 meters in 4:10.04 and fifth in the 800 meters with 2:00.85.
2017-18 Indoor: Earned All-UMAC honors ... Took second and third as a part of the 4x800-meter and mile-relay teams at the Twin Ports Invite ... Helped his 4x400 team win the event at the Yellowjacket Open in 3:34.18 ... Also third in the 800 in 2:09.49 at the Yellowjacket Open ... Paced his distance-medley relay team to a win in the UMAC Championship in 11:00.15.
2018 Cross Country: Ran six races for the Yellowjackets ... Posted a career-best 8K time of 27:04.5 in the NCAA regional, finishing 104th overall on Nov. 10 in Waverley, Iowa ... Finished 12th overall in the season-opening Don Conway Classic, hosted by UWS ... Ran the five-kilometer course in 16:57.7 on Sept. 6.

2016-17 Indoor: Won the 800 meters in 2:08.46 at the Lake Superior Challenge ... Also took second in 4x400-meter relay at same meet with 3:39.56 ... Placed third in the mile in 4:37.33 at the Yellowjacket Open ... Helped team to a second-place DMR finish at UMAC Championship in 10:48.67.
2017 Outdoor: Placed second in the 4x800-meter relay (8:23.69) and fourth in 4x100-meter relay (18:38.77) at the Norse Relays ... Took third in the 1,500 in 4:14.60 at the Lee Krough Invite.
2017 Cross Country: Ran five events for the Yellowjackets ...Posted a season-best 27:42.8 in the NCAA regional, in Northfield, Minn., finishing 131st on Nov. 11.

Before UWS: Native of South St. Paul, Minn., and 2016 graduate of South St. Paul High School ... Spent a semester at Lake Superior State before arriving at UW-Superior ...  Earned six letters in cross country and all-conference honors in four seasons ... Earned five letters in track and field, serving as team captain during 2015 and 2016 ... Earned an all-conference Honorable mention in the 4x800-meter relay in 2015.
