2017 Outdoor: Ran five meets ... Put up a personal best in the 5,000 meters at the UMAC championship in 16:44.69 for ninth place on May 5.
2016-17 Indoor: Ran in five meets ... Recorded personal bests in the 3,000 meters (9:44.9, ninth, Feb. 25) 800 meters (2:08.15, eighth, Feb. 11) and 400 meters (57.71, 12th, Feb. 4).
2016 Cross Country: Competed in six events ... Posted a career-best 29:03.2 in the NCAA regional for 157th place on Nov. 12.

2016 Outdoor: Ran in five meets in the outdoor season ... Posted a career-best 4:31.36 in the 1,500 meters at the UMAC championship for 11th overall.
2015-16 Indoor: Competed in three meets ... Ran the mile and relays ... Helped his distance-medley relay to fourth-place finish in the Twin Ports Open in 11:23.5.
