2019-20 Indoor: Competed in seven meets ... Finished third overall in the Twin Ports Invitational 400 meters on Jan. 18 in 55.45 ... Also had a top 10 in the 200 meters at the Beaver Invitational Jan. 25 in 25.08 ... Third in the Yellowjacket Open Open 400 in 54.82 ... Team finished second in the 4x400-meter relay in the UMAC championship in 3:30.78. 

2018-19 Indoor: Competed in eight meets ... Led off the gold-medal-winning 4x200-meter relay in the UMAC championships, helping squad to a time of 1:34.19 ... Earned All-UMAC recognition ... Also Helped 4x200 team win the event at Yellowjacket Open Feb. 9 in 1:36.85.
2019 Outdoor: Competed in six meets ... Posted career-best javelin throw at Cornell College Invitational April 6 with toss of 41.20 meters for seventh place ... Ran personal-best 200 meters )23.88) at UMD Bulldog Open April 27, finishing 14th ... Followed that with a personal-best 400 meters at UMAC championships in 52.51, placing 10th overall.

2017-18 Indoor: Earned All-UMAC recognition ... Helped team toa second-place finish in the  4x200-meter relay at the Lake Superior Challenge ... Part of the winning 4x200 team at the Yellowjacket Open in 3:34.18 ... Also part of the winning distance-medley relay team at the UMAC Championships in 11:00.15.
2018 Outdoor: Took fourth in the javelin throw at the UMD Open with a mark of 36.84 meters.

2016-17 Indoor: Second in the 4x200-meter relay in 1:35.58 at Twin Ports Invite ... Also second in the 4x400 in 3:40.51 and third in the 60-meter dash in 7.64 at the Beaver Twilight ... Won the  4x200-meter relay at the UMAC Championship in 1:34.20.
2017 Outdoor: Two second-place finishes in the 4x100 and 4x200 relays in 44.23 and 1:33.03, respectively ... Took 10th in 200-meter dash in24.04 at the UMAC Championship.
