2019 Outdoor: Competed in three meets ... Posted career-best javelin throw of 23.90 meters at UMD Bulldog Open April 27 ... Finished fourth in the 110-meter hurdles at the UMAC Championships in 17.43 ... Season-best time in the event came at the Phil Esten Challenge April 19 in 17.16, finishing 18th overall.
2018-19 Indoor: Competed in five meets ... Personal-best 60-meter dash of 8.21 came in the Twin Ports Invite Jan. 19 ... Finished third in the 60-meter hurdles at the UMAC championships in 9.40.

2018 Outdoor: Took first place as a part of the 4x100-meter relay team in 46.52 at the Eagle Open ... Fourth in the high jump (1.75 meters) and fifth in the 110-meter hurdles (16.99) at the UMAC Championship ... Second in the 110 hurdles (16.94) and third in the high jump (1.75 meters) at the UMD Open.
2017-18 Indoor: Seventh in the 60-meter hurdles in 9.76 at the Warren Bowlus Invite ... Third in the high jump with a mark of 1.80 meters in the Yellowjacket Open ... Third in the high jump (1.80 meters) and fourth in the 60-meter hurdles (9.08) at the UMAC Championship.
