2017-18 Indoor: Earned All-UMAC honors ... Was fifth in the 60-meter hurdles at the St. Thomas Opener in 9.84 ... Second in the 4x200-meter relay in 1:54.08 and third in the 200 in 27.65 ... Second in the 60 at the Warren Bowlus Invite in 9.89 ... Won the 60 hurdles in 9.93 at the Yellowjacket Open ... Won the 4x200 in 1:50.88, along with a pair of second-place finishes in the 4x400 (4:19.10) and 400 (1:00.47).
2018 Outdoor: Third in two events at the UMAC Championships, the 4x100 (51.19) and  4x400 (4:16.54).

2016-17 Indoor: Second in the 4x400  in 4:28.35 at the Super 8 Open ... Third in the sprint-medley relay at the Twin Ports Invite in 4:55.93 ... Second in the 4x200 in 1:15.01 and third in the high jump at 1.45 meters at the UMAC Championships.
2017 Outdoor: Second in three events at the Norse Relays, including 4x400, SMR, and 4x200 ... Second in the 4x400  and 3rd in the 4x100 in 4:05.67 and 51.28, respectively.

Before UWS: Native of Blaine, Minn., and 2015 graduate of Blaine High School ... Spent time at Montana State before landing at UWS ... Finished as section finalist in 2013 ... Earned team section championships in three straight seasons (2012-14).
