NORTHFIELD, Minn. - The Yellowjacket women's tennis team headed across Northfield to take on Carleton after taking down St. Olaf last night. This time around for UWS wasn't as successful as they were taken down by the Knights 7-0 not winning a single set.  

Match Notes:  

• The Yellowjackets dropped all three doubles matches on the afternoon by scores of 6-3, 6-2, and 6-0.  

• In the No. 1 singles Anouk Bluemm (Nuremberg, Germany/Wilhelm-Loege Gymnasium) dropped both of her sets 6-0. In the No. 2 singles Elif Oezen (Rheda-Wiedenbrueck, Germany/Einstein Gymnasium) dropped both sets by scores of 6-1 and 7-6 (7-3).  

• Claudia Curtis (Hartland, Wis./Lake Mills) and Kate Jonas (Annandale, Minn./Annandale) also took losses on the afternoon both in two sets.  

• Daylyn Drew (Negaunee, Mich./Negaunee) and Addison Fee (Crookston, Minn./Crookston) rounded out competition for the 'Jackets as they dropped both of their sets by the same scores those being 6-2 and 6-1. 

Next up for the Yellowjackets they host Macalester next Saturday with the first serve scheduled for 12 p.m. at the Yellowjacket Outdoor Tennis Complex.
